Shipping Policy
Within Australia, We offer a flat rate of $7.50 Australia Wide on all orders under $100. Orders over $100 receive free shipping within Australia. All orders are processed within 2 business days and delivered to you within 3 – 5 business days, Via Australia Post.
We know that sometimes you like to get your parcels quickly, as such we also happy to offer express postage via Australia Post for a flat rate of $10.95.
We are happy to provide the option of international shipping. All international orders will be sent via standard Australia Post Air Mail. Should you like to have tracking applied to your order, please contact us at customerservice@millieabroad.com.au for a quote as additional costs will apply.
Please note that Millie Abroad assumes no responsibility for late or missing packages shipped out of the country.

Returns & Exchanges
We love our products and hope you do to. If however you would like to return or exchange an item, Millie Abroad offer a hassle free returns and exchange policy.
We are happy to credit or exchange goods within 14 days, provided they are received in original condition, with all tags attached.
Sale items can be returned for a credit note that is valid for one year.
The cost of return postage is your responsibility, but we will pay the postage when sending a replacement or exchange product.
We advise returning goods via registered mail to ensure their safety as we do not take responsibility for goods lost in transit.
If the item is damaged, or tags are not attached upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you.
How do I return an item?
Please email customerservice@millieabroad.com.au notifying us that you would like to make a return. We will forward you a returns form to complete and return with any items that you have chosen to return.
Should you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us via email at customerservice@millieabroad.com.au to let us know and we will get back to you promptly. Faulty or damaged goods will be fully refunded.
Payment Options:
Secure Payment by Credit Card: Millie Abroad use a payment gateway service. This provides secure online
payments using credit cards via the internet. We accept VISA and
MASTERCARD. All transactions and payments are handled using a SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer) service, ensuring your details are safe.
Direct Deposit: Please email us at admin@millieabroad to request bank details for direct deposits. Please ensure you leave your order number and name as a reference and then email admin@millieabroad.com.au to confirm payment. Please note that your order will be sent once your payment has cleared.
Lay By: Millie Abroad is pleased to be able to offer Lay By as a payment option. A 25% deposit is required at the time of your order, with 8 weeks to pay off the balance. Please select payment by direct deposit at the checkout and include "Lay By" in the comments section. All deposits are non refundable. The item(s) will be returned to
stock if the lay by terms are not adhered to.
